🎧 Rayline Audio – Beat Licensing Terms of Use

All instrumentals, beats, and compositions are produced and owned by David Raygoza (Rayline Audio).

1. Ownership

All beats remain the intellectual property of Rayline Audio unless purchased under an Exclusive License.
When you buy or lease a beat, you’re purchasing the rights to use it under the terms of your selected license — not full ownership (unless stated otherwise).

2. License Types

A. Basic License

• Non-exclusive — other artists may also license the same beat.

• Includes: MP3 + WAV

• Allowed:

  • Up to 100,000 streams across all platforms

  • 1 official music video

  • Live performances and monetized social posts

• Not allowed:

  • Reselling, relicensing, or uploading to Content ID systems (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Facebook)

  • Transferring license to another person

B. Unlimited License

• Non-exclusive

• Includes: MP3 + WAV + STEMS

• Allowed:

  • Unlimited streams, performances, and music videos

  • Full commercial use (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)

• Not allowed:

  • Reselling or redistributing the beat by itself

  • Registering the beat for Content ID

C. Exclusive License

• Exclusive — the beat is removed from all stores upon purchase.

• Includes: MP3 + WAV + STEMS + Transfer of Rights

• Buyer receives full commercial rights to use, modify, and monetize the track.

• Rayline Audio retains producer credit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Producer Credit

Proper credit must be given where applicable:

“Prod. by Rayline Audio” or “Produced by David Raygoza”
Credit is required on all public releases, including streaming platforms and social media posts.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, repackage, or distribute the beat or stems in any form.

• Claim the original instrumental as your own production.

• Upload the beat to any stock, sample, or content ID database.

• Use the beat in NFT, AI, or blockchain projects without written approval.

5. Royalties & Publishing

Under all non-exclusive licenses, you retain 100% of your artist royalties.
Rayline Audio retains the producer’s publishing share for beat ownership tracking and performance rights organization (if applicable).

6. Termination

Violating these terms (e.g., reselling or claiming ownership) will immediately revoke your license and may result in legal action.
